What this site aims to do

1. Create a place women can come ask questions, discuss STEM related topics and create a community where women feel safe and loved for doing the things they love.

2. Encourage women to stay in STEM by setting up mentor-mentee relationships between women in STEM in the same field, only seperated by experience. It has shown that with a role model and someone to told to in the field highly increases the chances women stay in STEM

3. Inspire young children who has an interest in STEM but haven't gotten up to GCSEs yet but providing simple but facinating videos on topics in all areas of STEM so they can find their passion

4. Share inspirational stories about women just like everyone on this site who overcame adversity and became a major player in their field, this will increase confidence and break sterotypes
